Reservations Terms and Conditions
All reservations requires a 50% deposit or (1) night
deposit (which ever is greater) with the balance
due upon check in.
If paying by check, a deposit must be received at
least (14) days in advance of arrival.
The Decanter Inn on Wine Street Accepts Master
Card,Visa, American Express and Personal Checks
for Deposit.
The Decanter Inn on Wine Street Accepts American
Express, Visa and Master Card, Travellers Checks
and Cash upon check in
Some special events and holiday reservations
require full payment at time of booking.
A reservation guarantees a room until 11 am the
following day after scheduled check in.
If you need to cancel more than (14) days prior to
arrival your deposit is fully refundable.
If you cancel within 1-14 days of arrival, your
deposit is non refundable, however can be applied
to any future stay within 1 year from your original
arrival date .
Cancellations within 24 hours of anticipated
arrival and No Shows will forfeit any deposits
received and will not receive future stay credit.
Credit Card users will be charged the full amount
of the stay.
