~All reservations require a minimum (1) night deposit with the balance due upon check~in. ~Flex Rates are fully refundable if you cancel by 4pm on the day before your scheduled arrival. ~Stimulus Rates require payment in full and are non~refundable. Fees apply for any changes. No Changes are allowed within 72 hours of anticipated arrival. ~The Decanter Inn on Wine Street Accepts Master Card,Visa, American Express and Personal Checks for Deposit. ~The Decanter Inn on Wine Street Accepts American Express, Visa and Master Card and Cash upon check in ~Some rates, special events and holiday reservations require full payment at time of booking. ~A reservation guarantees a room until 11 am the following day after scheduled check in. ~If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible. ~No Shows will forfeit any deposits received and will not receive future stay credit. Credit Card users will be charged the full amount of the stay. ~The Decanter Inn has a smoke free environment. Smokers are welcome to relax and enjoy themselves on one of the Inn's exterior porches. Guests violating our non-smoking policy will incur a $250.00 cleaning charge. ~Refunds by check or credit card, can take up to 30 days to process. |

Conditions Advanced Reservations are required for all private dining services. Private Dinners, 2 to 20 guests ~ from $32.00/pp Private Dinner deposits are refundable with 14 days advance cancellation notice. All other private catered events for groups of 8 or more require a $100.00 deposit with a final payment due 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Private event deposits are refundable with 30 days advance cancellation notice. |
Advanced Reservations are required for all High Tea Services. Afternoon High Tea Service - Saturdays Only - 2 - 16 Guests A credit card Guarantee at time of making a reservation. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. All other High Tea Service events for groups of 8 or more require a 50% deposit with a final payment due 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Deposits are refundable if canceled with 14 days advance notice. |
Advanced Reservations are required for all Private Parties. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure an event date. 50 % of the anticipated balance is due 90 days prior to the scheduled event, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to the scheduled event. |
